Kellie has worked in the architectural building materials industry since 2020, following an early start with an interior design studio shortly after graduating high school. With a lifelong interest in art, architecture, design, fashion, nature, and the environment, she has also worked internationally in creative fields, including fashion in Italy and at an art gallery in Hong Kong.

A graduate of UCSB with a degree in Communication, Kellie now supports architects, developers, designers, and other creative professionals with architectural products and materials. Her focus is on contributing to projects and initiatives that guide the built and natural environments toward a healthier, more sustainable future.

Pete Marsh founded and is CEO of a solar and storage design, construction and consulting firm, Vector Green Power and Materials LLC. Previously, he managed R&D projects for Booz Allen Hamilton, and was employee #10 and head of Pacific Region for Truestone LLC, a technology systems integrator which scaled to $110M in revenue and 700 people in five years. He began his career with 25 years’ active duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Pete holds a BS in Marine Science  from the US Coast Guard Academy and an MS in Telecommunications Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Pete is a volunteer climate policy advocate with Citizens’ Climate Lobby and Business Climate Leaders, where he co-chairs BCL’s national Electricity Sector Action Team; and co-chairs the Long Beach Sustainable Business Network.

Alex Sassoon has over 10 years of experience in consulting engineering covering the renovation and construction of higher education, office, sports, entertainment, food service, laboratory, pharmaceutical, aerospace, municipal, and healthcare facilities. Alex is a co-founder and the leader of education of the P2S Net Zero Team, which emphasizes high-performance building best practices and sustainable design. He also serves as the founding electrical leader of the P2S Decarbonization Working Group. Alex has taught multiple classes about Net Zero Energy, Zero Carbon, passive design strategies, plug load analysis and control, and daylighting design. He also promotes sustainable design as co-chair of the Long Beach Branch Steering Committee of the USGBC-LA.

Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz, focusing on green building design, environmental engineering, environmental policy, and sustainable food systems. Before P2S, Alex served as an architectural designer for William Fisher Architecture. While there, he was the leader of sustainable design and composited architectural visualization.
